Borrego Desert Overnight
Trip Description: Rating: Easy with some challenging sandy terrain and interesting views. Saturday the off-highway trails will start just east of Ocotillo, CA near I-8 on Painted Gorge Rd. We’ll go north on EC236 to Painted Gorge where we’ll stop to look at all the different colored minerals in the canyon and then head northeast to the San Felipe Corridor EC079. Sycamore Canyon and Donohoe Mountain Loop Day Trip
Trip Description: Rating: Moderate with a descent down a rockslide and a short technical section through a rock garden. Saturday: We'll depart from the meeting spot and take a short drive to the trailhead. Most of the route is pretty mellow.
