Time & Place to Meet:

  • Meet: Saturday, Apr 20, 9:00 am, Depart: 9:30 am
  • Where: Dudley’s bakery in Santa Ysabel (near the intersection of Hwys SR-78 and SR-79).

What to bring:

  • Required:
    • Meals and snacks: Lunch if you’re only attending for the day, additional meals if you’re camping.
    • Drinking water (Gallon per day per person, consider pet’s needs if applicable)
    • Camping gear appropriate for primitive camping
    • Any necessary tire changing tools, including anti-theft lug nut keys
  • Recommended:
    • All-Terrain tires
    • Sunscreen and hat
    • Amateur 2m radio with external antenna (very highly recommended)
    • Any emergency & recovery gear you may have
    • Vehicles with smaller gas tanks, additional gas recommended
  • Recommended if camping:
    • Metal fire container and firewood, or gas firepit
    • Telescope, if you’re willing
    • Weather is unpredictable – checking the National Weather Service report is recommended.
