Idyllwild Day Trip
Sept 20 @ 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
Trip Description: We’ll make our way north to Hwy 74 and the Bee Canyon OHV trail. Then head north and east up the San Jacinto Ridge Truck trail. This trail is very scenic with views of the surrounding mountain landscape leading into a pine forest. Then we’ll cross a stream and head into the beautiful mountain town of Idyllwild. We’ll have lunch and then wind our way home through the San Diego back country.
This trail is easy to moderate with some steep areas and is appropriate for any Land Rover model. No part of the trail is overgrown.
Rating: Easy to moderate, but attention is needed to stay on the trail, since it is mountainous.
